Quite happy, no compliant at all. We run into the dealership one day after luch to check out the new RX, since my friend mention it during lunch, we brought two Lexus in the past. Don Mitchell picked us up, he offered us a RX that ordered by someone but later on changed mind, so we took it, 3 weeks later we go the car, as simple as that. Don is quite experienced and know what he is doing, the whole process is quite uneventful. We will buy another Lexus in 5 years time, when we retire our ES350.
