I really enjoyed working with Austin on my purchase. He was responsive and helped track the GX from Japan to Plano. He was easy to work with on the final sale when we picked up the car. There was no high pressure on buying warranties.

The filtered water and peanut M&Ms were good. I would have liked to receive something Lexus branded that I didn’t pay for. Like a hat, coffee mug, light jacket, or something along those lines.
