well at the last minute before going to Grapevine to purchase a truck from an obnoxious salesperson, I saw your truck and met a straight up good , straightforward individual that actually let me speak instead of doing all the talking at your dealership named Marciano . Forgive me if spelling is wrong ,but you guys have some good salespeople . I almost made the deal with Marciano on the phone site unseen , but Im buying for my son so wanted his blessing on the buy. Everything could not have gone smoother than it did . Marciano set the new record on getting me in and out , financing and all in . My son loves the truck , and Im hoping to send many more customers to your dealership just because of how this deal was handled . Im not trying to put on here , Im serious about the kindness and warmth shared by your employees . Even the other salesmen there not involved in this sale rolled out the red carpet for us . Rodney was so helpful and answered all of my questions! He was caring and I didn’t feel “pushed” into anything, which was so refreshing as this was my first time buying from a dealership.My only issue was that the car wasn’t detailed very well. We went on the test drive and we all immediately noticed areas that were dirty. There was crusty residue when I opened the center console, something brown dripped on the front leather seats, and a few other areas that just weren’t cleaned well. Rodney sent the car back to detail the day I was picking it up and it still wasn’t cleaned well. So Rodney went to get a washcloth and cleaner and did the job himself! I wish he didn’t have to do that, but I was incredibly impressed that he just jumped in to fix the situation.I’ll be coming back for a “we owe you” to get the seatbelts and head liner cleaned soon. I’m sure I’ll have the same great experience!
