It’s the first time I’ve been disappointed with the service. And, I don’t mean the actual work done. I didn’t realize your car isn’t worked on if your service rep isn’t at work. I brought my car in for a recall repair on the 20th at 8am. I didn’t get it until the 22nd at 4:30. I got a ticket for parking in a handicap spot because I forgot. Totally my fault. It just added to very bad day. I could have brought my car in on the 22 nd when the service agent was at work. I guess I need to ask before I bring the car in the next time.

Kaden Hinkle was an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only did he know the car, but he answered any and all questions. If he didn't know the answer, he went and asked his Director. He was so transparent, which is rare in most vehicle purchases I have experienced. To think he's only 23 (I asked) and he has the polish, the maturity, and the personality of a seasoned professional is amazing. I won't buy another vehicle from anyone else.
