All was great during the purchase process except for the wait times. We were there 3.5 hours to do a test drive and purchase the vehicle. Sales person Zee was fantastic. I’d buy again from Zee!

Good, longer than I expected

My son came into to look into buying an extended warranty on my 2015 RX350 that I loved, and intended to keep. Mohamed explained our choices, and asked us if we had thought of turning in that car, explaining to us that the demand for used cars was high, with low supply, so we would get a better trade deal. He showed us the' 22RX with all the safety improvements, and about the new plans for the '23 model changes going to ALL digital. The increased safety features were significant upgrades from my present car. As a 72 yr. old widowed driver, that was THE significant reason we decided to consider the trade, despite the monetary challenges of purchasing a new '22 model now. I know I did not want the upcoming digital version. I had to pick from the limited list still being built and available , but I found one I could live with. I feel very fortunate to have come in to see you all, when we did! Mohamad was very patient with with all of our questions and concerns, and me waffling back & forth. Also he worked quickly to get a trade estimate and explained the process and costs and timeline of the process to complete the sale. He also gave us helpful tips with choices of color and interiors. He could not have been more helpful and kind. I think I will love and appreciate this car as much as I did my first Lexus, or maybe more!!

I started searching online for specific models and Kenneth was assigned to me. We went to the store and met him inside and he showed us a few cars new and used that I liked. He was great throughout the entire process and I can’t thank the store enough for negating with me! I’m a first time car buyer and it was a great experience! Thank you Kenneth and Park Place Lexus! (The building is amazing I walked around about 4 times just because!)
