I was a autotrader.com customer, looking for a used car for my daughter. I got a quick/initial email response from Naseem. But then the communication stopped, and I called numerous times and spoke with 3 people to try to get information. Naseem called me once, was supposed to call me back and never did. I phoned again, and Mauricio took over, and he was wonderful. I am in Austin, TX so to make a trip for a used car is a big effort. Mauricio got that, did a facetime session with me, explained how he could help me with the process and all the details. I can't say enough great things about him. We bought the car, and had a little blip in the last stretch with the mirror getting damaged in the final car wash, but the dealership is one of integrity and gave us a credit to get the issue fixed in Austin. Everyone is happy and everything went well in the end. The 4 star rating is because of the initial lapse and issue with communication with Naseem. Once Mauricio took over, it was 5 star for sure.
