I absolutely loved my experience. It was easy to see numbers regarding finance versus lease. I thought Don Mitchell was super informative and full of positivity. He was great. I also found it impressive how fast my trade in BMW was assessed. By far got treated with the utmost respect during my experience and I really appreciated it since car dealerships can be overwhelming. I love my new NX and am excited to come back and get a Lexus couple in the future.
