We were looking for a new SUV. A friend of mine suggested I meet with Don Mitchell at Park place Lexus. Don and I talked on the phone and we set up a meeting for my wife and I. My wife would be the primary driver of our new SUV. Don took the time to fined out exactly what we were looking for. Once that was established, he looked at the inventory to see what vehicles met our criteria. Then he showed us the ones selected. As we looked at the SUVs, he showed us how to work many of the features. I never felt any pressure. We decided to get a Silver 2022 Lexus RX350. After the purchase, Don gave us a tour of the Park Place facility. He also showed us how to work the many of the features and answered any questions we had. It was a very pleasant experience from start to finish.
