Usually buying a car is an unpleasant experience, but Park Place made it an enjoyable one. Greg was great, and I’m sure I’ll be getting additional computer instruction from the staff at Park place!

I purchased an L/Certified vehicle. Noticed after driving it away that the trunk door has a slight swell in it and didn’t line up with the bodywork when it closed. I took it back to show Adam the next day, and he got me over to service quickly. They processed a loan cad for me, but as soon as I sat down in the loaner, my cad was done! Super fast. There needed to be an adjustment in the mechanism to close the trunk so that it aligned.

Mrs Kellie was wonderful, patiently explained all the details of the vehicle I was in search of, sadly the one I was gonna get was sold but Mrs kellie walk me though other options. She was very informative and reliable, I would have not gotten a vehicle if was not for her way of brightly explaining the other options. She show me other cars and was not a pushy seller as the ones I encounter while shopping for vehicles. I highly recommend her to other people and friends to her so they can get their vehicle…
