Darren Waggoner was great, efficient and answered all my questions. The only thing I was not impressed with was the cleaning of the inside windshield of the new car upon delivery. It was very streaked and the sticker glue was not removed. Not that big of a deal but was surprised by the lack of detail.

Experience was stellar… my SA Roberto along with Richard and Joel were amazing. They got me a good tradein value and took care of me on the new GX. I don’t think you can have any better experience than from Park Place and the crew.. Thanks team

My wife and I needed a new car. We contacted Martin Slattery, who is an exceptional service advisor, and he introduced us to Dean McCaskell in new car sales. Dean took as much time as we needed to explain the cars available to make sure we could pick out an NX350 that we wanted. Dean bent over backwards to make sure all our questions were answered to our satisfaction. He was absolutely incredible. When we purchased the car, he helped take the stickers off the car, set my wife and I up on NTTA toll tags and assisted in setting up some of the safety systems in the car. After returning a few days later, Dean set us up with a tech that could go over fine details of the systems in the car. We could not be happier with our new car and knowing that staff at Park Place Lexus is backing us on both our Lexus'. Thank you for being there for us.
