We had a great experience from start to finish. We were helped by Greg Ebenholtz and he was so incredibly nice and attentive. Not only did he have an answer for every question we had about the vehicle, but he was respectful and not pushy about anything. With his help, we walked out with everything we wanted in a vehicle and he made the experience so great!

Great sales team. Easy process and great prices. Dealership had issues with phone and computer outages but it was such a pleasant environment we were not bothered. Complimented us well for the delays in the system.

It was great. Jason and Millesa were super helpful and collaborative. They made my experience memorable.

Dean was great to work with!

I took my Lexus for a tail light replacement. Mr. Dro , my service adviser helped with my concern and my vehicle was ready as it promised!

Ken was very helpful in providing information on the vehicle that we were interested in.

Great

This was my first time going to a dealership buying a car and I was very skeptical . Lucky for me, I met Cameron Drackett at Park Place Lexus Plano . The experience was amazing , he made the buying experience smooth and stress-free. His honestly and friendly attitude made a big difference in me buying the car on the spot. He did not pressure us at all and explain all the benefit the car we were buying 2025 Lexus NX250. We love the car. I highly recommend to ask for Cameron if you ever decide to buy a car at this place. Thank you Cameron for getting us the car we really love.

Super great quick no pressure speedy jolly was great.

Kyle was very professional and courteous had checked to make sure I had no other recalls and had a loaner vehicle ready for me to go on with no delay. Excellent customer service 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
