Out of state buyer it began with emily G taking my call, can’t say enough good about her in her natural ability to communicate and being helpful. She was patient with my questions as I’m out of town , she was my eyes on the car before i traveled to Texas. it’s NOT Emily’s fault the underneath the front bumper spash panel was not secured and came off on on Hwy. I was disappointed in the response she had to relay from her manager. “it was intact when I left”. Well the door panels on a Boeing Jet were intact when it took off but came off in flight as they were missing bolts. On a car the under side air and spash panels can be “ intact” on premises or on a short test drive , but at Hwy speeds of 70 to 75 the downward Air pressure is substantial, enough to force defectively attached panels off. It cost 362.00 when o got home. My sales person was professional, knowledgeable, helpful.It’s not her fault that a manager or service team thinks “intact” must mean all is secured properly.
