From the initial phone call to conclusion of the sale of our new car (with trade in), she was personable yet professional, extremely knowledgeable and articulate when explaining the dealer's inventory, our options based on our priorities, and financing. We highly recommend her to anyone purchasing a Lexus vehicle and we will certainly contact her again for our next Lexus purchase.We also enjoyed the low key, quiet atmosphere and pleasant esthetics of the dealership facility.
