All the service was amazing since day 1. I had to go back 3 times for different reasons, however, Michael Corona made my experience at the dealer easy starting with the loaner car and all his efforts to make me feel supported.

Joe Pinatello was my sales manager. He did an amazing job taking care of me and my son with my new car buying experience. He was very patient, attentive, and answered all our questions. He took us on test drives with multiple vehicles so that we can pick the best one we liked. He also wasn't pushy or aggressive in trying to agree to a deal as our customer experience mattered to Joe more than just a sale.Moreover, when I needed someone to pick me up from my house to get my new Lexus, Joe went out of his way to give me a ride from my house to the dealership. Outstanding job!
