Dean took as much time as we needed to explain the cars available to make sure we could pick out an NX350 that we wanted. Dean bent over backwards to make sure all our questions were answered to our satisfaction. He was absolutely incredible. When we purchased the car, he helped take the stickers off the car, set my wife and I up on NTTA toll tags and assisted in setting up some of the safety systems in the car. After returning a few days later, Dean set us up with a tech that could go over fine details of the systems in the car.
