He took us on test drives with multiple vehicles so that we can pick the best one we liked. He also wasn't pushy or aggressive in trying to agree to a deal as our customer experience mattered to Joe more than just a sale.Moreover, when I needed someone to pick me up from my house to get my new Lexus, Joe went out of his way to give me a ride from my house to the dealership.
