Ryan was phenomenal. I had arrived early in order to get settled for a conference call and he expeditiously got me checked in while still pointing out the service center features.The other employees in the drive were less impressive and I was made to wait in my car and play musical cars on the drive for almost ten minutes, which isn’t ideal when you’ve got 4 guys sitting at the desk.Ryan was busy with other customers as were the service managers but the drive team was clearly the disappointment.
