It was fine. The salesperson gave us the information we requested and stayed late (after his 6 PM scheduled departure) to complete the sale, which we appreciated. The salesperson wasn't the nicest guy in the world, but adequate. It all was fine. We bought the car we wanted.

Roberto was outstanding throughout the entire process. He was very patient with us as we waited for allocations to see if Lexus would accept the requested changes. He showed persistence over the 5 months from when we first contacted Roberto until the vehicle delivered.

Carl Keith was great. He took his time to explaine and answerall my questions. Sam was very good as well on my first visit. Both were knowledgeable and low pressure.
