He also listened to my feedback regarding additional add on services/warranties and tailored those recommended to one's He knew would be significant, e.g. windshield protection package. He was honest and considered my needs and goals. I truly enjoyed working with him and would recommend him.

It was great. I've been a customer since 1995. It would be an awesome idea if Park Place actually did recognition for your loyal customers. I'm surprised that I have never ever been recognized for 30 years of loyalty to Lexus or your dealership. Maybe you could focus on showing appreciation for your customers more like Sewell. It would be a great idea.
