Joe, my dealer, was fantastic in every respect. Patient, attentive and prompt. I actually came in just planning on test driving between the regular RX 350 and the 350 hybrid as I was still unconvinced between the two. I had a deposit at Park Place Grapevine and he asked if I could earn his business and I told him I was open to it and go figure I ended up buying the car from him because of his willingness to listen and work with me to seal a deal better than I could get at Park Place Grapevine. If I am not mistaken, this survey is for the experience with the service I received for body repair. If that is the case there are couple of things. 1. There was not a loaner available, so I was given a car that is not normally given as a loaner. There was no gas in the car. I live over an hour away, but had an appointment that was 45 minutes away. By the time I got to my appointment the car was on "E."
