Excellent! We were looking for a used LX 570 and asked Herb to find the perfect car...took him less than a month but he found it. Herb was great to deal with and the buying process was smooth and easy. Herb was there when we needed him but never pushy or overbearing. He is extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent advice. This was our first time visiting Park Place Lexus and we had been to various dealerships in the past. This was by far the most pleasant experience we’ve ever had purchasing a new vehicle!Our sales representative was Hughes and he was knowledgeable, professional and he truly enjoyed his job! Such a positive person with outstanding communication skills which is hard to find these days. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to take their car buying experience to the next level!We ultimately purchased the Lexus TX and was extremely impressed by the customer service that this dealership offers its owners.
