Came in to buy a car. The entire staff was super friendly and helpful. I wanted an IS 500, but couldn't find one that was on the market so I was test driving an IS 350. I was going to settle and buy the 350, but when the sales rep looked on his computer we found a 500 being built. We ended up putting my name on that car. After about 6 weeks the car came in and I bought it. The whole experience was very smooth and easy.
