Alex was great! The wait was an hour and a half for an alignment but service was stellar.

This was our first time visiting Park Place Lexus and we had been to various dealerships in the past. This was by far the most pleasant experience we’ve ever had purchasing a new vehicle!Our sales representative was Hughes and he was knowledgeable, professional and he truly enjoyed his job! Such a positive person with outstanding communication skills which is hard to find these days. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to take their car buying experience to the next level!We ultimately purchased the Lexus TX and was extremely impressed by the customer service that this dealership offers its owners. The service area was immaculate and this business is run like a well oiled machine!
