When I walked in and told the front desk that I wanted to buy a new car, they asked for my name. I hadn't bought a car in over ten years, but they had all f my information in their computer. Moments later Drew Freeman welcomed me. He listened carefully to what I wanted and went right to showing me the options I wanted to explore. He looked for vehicles meeting my criteria for a new RX 350h Luxury model. There was nothing in stock. He found one in transit and reserved it for me. It didn't arrive for 2 weeks, but he checked in regularly and immediately notified me when it was there. The care he provided in preparing my car and familiarizing me with its operation was above any other good customer service I had ever received. I felt like a queen. He installed the toll tag and added my car to my toll account. He negotiated add-on packages like a pro who was on my side. I cannot imagine having a better experience since this one exceeded my expectations by a long shot. Please let Drew know how much I appreciate him.
