I am very happy with my experience at Park Place. From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly. I was paired Nick, who was very helpful and knowledgeable.I was initially looking for a black SUV, unfortunately it wasn’t available in the model I was interested in. After looking at other colors,Nick was able to get me exactly what I wanted in a similar color. Nick sent weekly updates and called me as soon as it hit the lot. The finance process was extremely easy - I was out of there in less than an hour. I love my new SUV!

This was our first visit to Park Place Lexus and it certainly will not be our last! Datone Jones assisted us and we cannot express how much more elevated our experience was due to him. Datone was extremely professional and personable and we enjoyed getting to know him. When we return, and we will return, we will certainly seek him out again for our next vehicle!

Datone was a great salesperson however, the front desk gentleman (asian) who greeted us was extremely rude and unwelcoming. Would not recommend park place lexus just because of his attitude.

Every one I came into contact with was extremely helpful and pleasant. This included my service advisor, Luis, and the gentlemen working outside in the service area.
