Dean was professional throughout the purchase process and answered all of our questions thoroughly. The man knows his craft and is excellent at it.My only critique, and is more likely an issue for auto purchasing in general, rather than Lexus specific. I suspect the F&I “service package” discussion is a mandatory component in the sales process. I believe the purchaser should have the option to waive it and allow the close to occur much quicker.A final item is that I would have liked to have been able to conduct the entire transaction online, but was unable to proceed beyond the finance approval step. This capability would address the critique i outlined in my comments above.

I have been buying from Parkplace Lexus since 2007. I think I bought 5 Lexus cars from Parkplace Lexus so far!I bought the 5th one on August 7th. All those 5 cars were sold to me by Mr. Greg Ebenholtz. I never had any reason to ask for another sales person. Very helpful and to the point.

The service advisor Kevin was great at explaining all of the repairs needed, and even explaining how getting new brake pads now was a good idea to avoid an extra labor charge later. Repairs were done quickly.

Jolly made our visit exceptional. His professionalism made us relaxed and cared for. I love that this dealership isn’t pushy or tried to force me onto a different vehicle (like others did). It was a great experience. Not only would I recommend this wonderful dealership but tell them to ask for Jolly George! Absolutely outstanding!

Emily and Patrick were amazing to work with they got a deal done for me super quick and even when i was waiting on my insurance for a past vehicle to get a total loss letter they held my vehicle for me and were super patient
