It was okay, except I believe the paper that registration sticker was on needs to be kept, but your service replaced sticker on the windshield but the paper is missing.I am contacting via text about this but no response.Also I was not happy the sales sold me the maintenance package not telling me there was expiration date, and finding it is expiring while I was not able to use close to you offered.

Pretty great experience overall. Dean was terrific, as was all the team that I met along the way. I would say that the only thing that bothered me was why I was forced to purchase the vehicle as L/Certified even though it had not yet been through the inspection. No one could explain to me, just that if I wanted the LC 500, this is how it would be sold.
