Lexus customer service has definitely changed. Not for the better, unfortunately.I had my appointment, got there early. Watched people getting advisors that came after me. It appears to be a total cluster of a mess.The service advisor was useless. Why now, do you not go over what was seen, repaired, or anything. Just a receipt and away you go.

We truly enjoyed the portal system.Our technician stayed in touch with us throughout the morning.
