Great experience, Dalton was a pleasure to work with

It was odd to wait in our vehicle such a long time when it was an appointment. When the service was complete we were shown out with directions to take paperwork to outdoor area counter and then continued to wait in the outdoor area and no one showed us to our vehicle. We just kind of had to figure out which one was ours. All I have ever heard is how wonderful Lexus service is and that was not my experience Friday.
