Made multiple recommendation that could cost as much as the is worth.I took the car in on Monday for a oil change service and told ParkPlace would do an inspection at my cost early or noonish on Tuesday. I tried calling the technician Dalton.I left 6 or 7 voicemails with him. Called numbers for multiple members of the service management team. Apparently no one answers their phone requests voicemails. Finally, another individual called me about 4 pm (on behalf of Dalton, who obviously didn’t want to talk to me). By then I was on my way to the dealership to get my car.
