Basically I wanted to change my response to the work order, I initially said I didn’t want the service then I changed my mind and decided to get my tires aligned. I couldn’t do it on line. So I tried to call the person assigned to me at the number that showed up on the online form. He never responded. Told me later that I should have responded to the text I was sent.

Car was ready when I needed it to be.

As always I can count on professional and efficient process. Just one minor annoyance - after being told that car is ready to go, we are often waiting outside for 10 plus minutes. It's always " car wash is just finishing up". I think this could be coordinate better.
