Great service and a great system for taking and picking up your car

Great experience from booking appointment to partial service. Jay was very helpful.

Lexus customer service has definitely changed. Not for the better, unfortunately.I had my appointment, got there early. Watched people getting advisors that came after me. It appears to be a total cluster of a mess. The service advisor was useless. Why now, do you not go over what was seen, repaired, or anything. Just a receipt and away you go.

We truly enjoyed the portal system. Our technician stayed in touch with us throughout the morning.
