The waiting time for a service advisor was a little long, Nobody else seems to have been able to help and no one advise me to wait in the lobby area until my appointment time. Plus, the loaner I requested was not approved by my service advisor

The only disappointment is being charge $2 for gas whereby you don't have a gas station where I can fill up without moving the vehicle.

2 hours of waiting to change a tire, no car wash. I realize that your car wash bay was broken and you have hoops to jump through in order to have insurance I prepaid for replace the tire that had a nail in it.
