Very professional!

Dropped car off around 8am for the scheduled 20k miles servicing. Was told it would be ready in the afternoon. Never got a call letting me know the car was ready. Waited until afternoon of day 2 for a call and still, nothing. I called up there around 1pm and was told the car was ready and to come get it at anytime. Pick up process was smooth, Andrew apologized for never calling me. My concern with your servicing department is that, when I left the car there two years ago the day after I bought it for something to be done the exact same thing happened. It just seems very unprofessional to not call your customer when you are going to need to keep their car for a second day when they are told it will be ready the same day. I think it's time to give Park Place Grapevine a chance.
