I contacted the dealership to get an appointment for my 2012 C300 to be serviced. The check engine light had come on and I was told by the customer service rep that there was a charge for the diagnosis check and it could be used towards the service.I received a text message informing that there was a software update and that’s why the light was on but it was turned off. So I have to pay to have the light turned off! I’m not happy that I had to pay $281.45 for a software update.We asked if we could use those funds to pay for one of the services that were listed on my text message. I was told no, only for what the car was brought in for service. How would I know the car needed a software update. Please do the right thing and give your customers the correct information over the phone or offer to speak to the service advisor.My service advisor Brittany was wonderful! She was able to provide a loaner car and kept in touch with me through the process.Apparently there was a mix up when I returned the loaner car. After waiting in line for my car the young man outside told me he didn’t think my car was ready and said to come back on Monday.

Femi was great. He did an awesome job at selling me my car. He was respectful and made sure to listen to my concerns. I’m an anxious person as I don’t like to spend money, but he made me feel at ease. There’s a reason he’s been there for 10 years.

Everything was fine and my advisor was professional and knowledgeable. I requested to get an estimate for the cost to buff my car as there were some light scratches on the back. Although she acknowledged that she would, it was not done. I would like an estimate still.

Well...I was fortunate to get a coupon in the mail toward my service. That was a plus!Additionally, I worked with my favorite service advisor Annie Le.When I retrieved my car, Brittany and Jordan were super helpful as well. I always love the calm atmosphere - even though you are always so busy.

Been a customer for many years after paying a 1200 bill not to mention all the other money you had the nerve to charge my credit card 6 dollars for one gallon of gas. Think that was very petty

I admit, I was 10 late. My service person Russell, had just walked up to help an individual who was being helped. I was then asked if I had been helped. I indicated I had not and did not have to wait for Russell, but I ended up waiting anyway. Not a happy customer.
