Good Experience

Went to pick up my 2020 GLS after an engine repair and ended up trading it for a 2025 GLE 450e. Did not want to keep a car that had major engine work even though it was under warranty.Stephanie Turlea was very helpful and Shawn Santos, as always, was extremely patient and understanding in helping make this decision.

Very happy with my experience purchasing the GLA 250.(I did realize this weekend that I left two items in my car that I traded in: a garage door opener on the passenger side visor and a small rug in the trunk. If by any chance those items might have been held in a lost and found, I would like to come pick them up.)Thank you

I came out Saturday to return my lease and to choose another suv however, I to end up coming back on Monday because it was taking so long to receive an offer. When I came back on Monday my experience was much better and things didn’t take too long because the sales person was more knowledgeable.
