Dylan Padilla has been absolutely wonderful to work with. This was my first vehicle purchase since becoming a paraplegic earlier this year. His willingness to help me work through all of the paperwork remotely and deliver my new Sprinter Van to me in Waco was such a great help. Our new van is now going to have accessibility equipment added so I can once again return to driving. Thank you Dylan & Park Place Arlington.

The sales department played another potential buyer (I suppose) against me, requiring me to pay full MSRP if I wanted the vehicle. I was in-store, the other person was on the phone (from Little Rock, supposedly). It was just a bad overall experience. I bought the vehicle, ONLY because it was the one my wife wanted. If it had been for me, I most definitely would have walked. Although I live in Arlington, I do not plan to buy any future vehicles at Park Place (I own a Mercedes as well) for me or my wife, and I will have our vehicles serviced at a different Mercedes dealership. It was short-sighted on the part of the sales team in my opinion. The person from Little Rock will not service that car in Arlington and it is very unlikely they will purchase a vehicle from Arlington in the future. I live in Arlington, giving the dealership future service and multiple vehicle sales opportunities. But I never plan to return to Park Place Mercedes in Arlington.

Friendly, prompt and detailed in his responses to my questions and really engaged with me and my personal experience. Never seemed distracted. I really appreciate that. Paperwork was a breeze.
