Showed up without an appointment and were immediately greeted by Femi who successfully brought us into the Mercedes-Benz family! He did such a great job of staying in contact without being overly pushy. All the staff we encountered always made sure we were being assisted.

We came back to purchase a 2nd van with Fadi - who was so helpful with our first purchase. He did an amazing job as always - he kept us informed throughout the process and did his best to get us waht we wanted & needed.
