Saw the 2020 MB GLE 4Matic through the website, requested an inquiry, and connected with LeeAnn Kong, arranged a meeting last week to see and test drive the car with LeeAnn. She was great and friendly, patiently working with us on our requirements including the trade-in value. we purchased the GLE last Saturday. Took the car back this week to get its details and repair the driver seat. The management was also very friendly.

The process went smoothly and I received a very good deal. Tony was a great salesperson to work with.

We initially had correspondence with Femi, but didn't know he was off Tuesdays until we went in. We were directed to Terry and began our process. He took all the needed information. It was getting late so we scheduled an appointment for the next day to complete the process. We asked how long it would take to finish, because we both had meetings to attend. We were told not long. It took 2 hours and should been an hour: Femi completed the process. Otherwise, it was great.

It was overall a great experience.
