This is my 3rd car i’ve bought from Tony M. From the initial phone call until even after I purchased the vehicle, Tony was helpful, solution oriented, and willing to go the extra mile!!! Even the Manager helped close the deal with Mercedes!!! Great customer service!

We had an engine failure in my wife's 2020 GLC 300 at 52 009 miles. very frustrating. Mercedes Benz would only cover half the cost of the 16k$ engine. the dealership added two more thousand leaving us with over 6000.00 $ to pay on a car that we would turn back in in 8 month. our lease would be up. the dealership help get us out of the 2020 and into a 2023 GLB. but with the lease termination fees and the added 6k$ from the service dept. our payments are very high on the lease for the GLB. wish that MErcedes wouod have helped out more than they did a little frustrated , but im bacjk in another one. Better luck this time i hope.

Excellent dealership with great inventory. Ken Erwin did a great job as a sales representative. I would recommend him in particular and the dealership to any friend. I was please with the entire sales process and the 330 mile drive was worth the effort.

I would have liked for all of the body panels on the front of the car to have been secured. Once we got on the freeway, the panel on the left side front started flapping and hitting the tire. I would like to bring the car back to your body shop to get this taken care of.
