I was looking for a new car and had had several Mercedes Benz in the past. But I was looking at other luxury brands also. I stopped by your location to just browse. A man, Ricky, came out and offered to show us around. He stated he actually worked with pre-owned but would help as best as he could. We test drove one vehicle but it didn’t have the HUD which I definitely wanted. He said it was available and showed us a different model with the feature. Ricky was easy to talk to, easy to work with, he didn’t press us on anything, and after we left he didn’t bombard us with follow-up calls and texts. That was very refreshing compared to other dealerships I had visited. Later we went back and asked for Ricky again. He showed us the model we had decided on, but they didn’t have the color wanted. He began searching for one locally that had the required features. The HUD was difficult to find. He would contact me to advise if he had found one that might work. So we had several text sessions where he answered questions and gave guidance. He finally was successful in finding a car in Georgia that hadn’t been ordered by a customer that fit very closely with what I wanted. Ricky was the reason I stayed with your location. He was more relaxed and not pushy like other sales people I had worked with. I enjoyed his friendly and laidback personality as well as his knowledge and honesty. I definitely would buy another car from him.
