We had an engine failure in my wife's 2020 GLC 300 at 52 009 miles. very frustrating. Mercedes Benz would only cover half the cost of the 16k$ engine. the dealership added two more thousand leaving us with over 6000.00 $ to pay on a car that we would turn back in in 8 month. our lease would be up. the dealership help get us out of the 2020 and into a 2023 GLB. but with the lease termination fees and the added 6k$ from the service dept. our payments are very high on the lease for the GLB.wish that MErcedes wouod have helped out more than they did a little frustrated , but im bacjk in another one. Better luck this time i hope.
