The only disappointment is being charge $2 for gas whereby you don't have a gas station where I can fill up without moving the vehicle.

2 hours of waiting to change a tire, no car wash. I realize that your car wash bay was broken and you have hoops to jump through in order to have insurance I prepaid for replace the tire that had a nail in it.

I contacted the dealership to get an appointment for my 2012 C300 to be serviced. The check engine light had come on and I was told by the customer service rep that there was a charge for the diagnosis check and it could be used towards the service.I received a text message informing that there was a software update and that’s why the light was on but it was turned off. So I have to pay to have the light turned off! I’m not happy that I had to pay $281.45 for a software update.We asked if we could use those funds to pay for one of the services that were listed on my text message. I was told no, only for what the car was brought in for service. How would I know the car needed a software update. Please do the right thing and give your customers the correct information over the phone or offer to speak to the service advisor.My service advisor Brittany was wonderful! She was able to provide a loaner car and kept in touch with me through the process.Apparently there was a mix up when I returned the loaner car. After waiting in line for my car the young man outside told me he didn’t think my car was ready and said to come back on Monday.
