We worked with Don Cupp on our most recent visit. Our 2015 CLS400 was in for service and we decided to look at pre-owned replacement options. We ended up purchasing a vehicle which had garnered a lot of attention from other customers. Don clearly believes in earning his customers' business. He is earnest, straightforward and diligent. There is nothing about his service that I would change. We have been Park Place customers since approximately 2007. In recent years I would say that the service experience has dipped noticeably. Between our service experience with Annie Le and the sales experience with Donald Cupp, I'd say Park Place is BACK!!

Went to pick up my 2020 GLS after an engine repair and ended up trading it for a 2025 GLE 450e. Did not want to keep a car that had major engine work even though it was under warranty. Stephanie Turlea was very helpful and Shawn Santos, as always, was extremely patient and understanding in helping make this decision.
