The service from the dealership was acceptable. The service however from roadside was extremely disappointing. Our Daughter was stranded for entirely too long. And told they could not help her. Our original salesman found a wrecker for her. This random tow company was very unprofessional and borderline inappropriate with my daughter. The equipment was not proper either. Then the charge was high. Which I had to pay out of pocket. Some much was wrong about this experience. I doubt we will purchase another Mercedes Benz.

It was great. Loaner car was just fine and I had my car back a lot quicker than I thought it would take.
