Femi was great. He did an awesome job at selling me my car. He was respectful and made sure to listen to my concerns. I’m an anxious person as I don’t like to spend money, but he made me feel at ease. There’s a reason he’s been there for 10 years.

Everything was fine and my advisor was professional and knowledgeable. I requested to get an estimate for the cost to buff my car as there were some light scratches on the back. Although she acknowledged that she would, it was not done. I would like an estimate still.

Well...I was fortunate to get a coupon in the mail toward my service. That was a plus!Additionally, I worked with my favorite service advisor Annie Le.When I retrieved my car, Brittany and Jordan were super helpful as well. I always love the calm atmosphere - even though you are always so busy.

Been a customer for many years after paying a 1200 bill not to mention all the other money you had the nerve to charge my credit card 6 dollars for one gallon of gas. Think that was very petty

I admit, I was 10 late. My service person Russell, had just walked up to help an individual who was being helped. I was then asked if I had been helped. I indicated I had not and did not have to wait for Russell, but I ended up waiting anyway. Not a happy customer.

My experience at Mercedes-Benz Park Place turned out to be exceptional. While things started off a little rough, the team truly stepped up and made it right.Ken was the first to assist me and was very helpful from the beginning. Although there were limits to what he could personally resolve at the time, he remained professional and supportive throughout the process.Darren stepped in and made sure the issue with my tires was corrected and that my vehicle was properly handled regarding the CPO certification. He addressed the concerns directly and worked to ensure everything was resolved the right way. I truly appreciate his leadership and accountability in making sure the situation was fixed.And then Terry put the icing on the cake. He went above and beyond to make sure I left completely satisfied. His attention to detail, follow-through, and the thoughtful gift he gave me made the entire experience feel special and personal. He didn’t just close a deal — he created a memorable experience.In the end, I drove away with a beautiful vehicle and a smile on my face.
