Shawn Santos is professional and well versed in communicating with his clients. The process of purchasing my 2022 GLS 450 was lengthy. I traded my 2017 GLS450 that only had 41000 miles on it, and had all the recommended maintenance performed by Mercedes. I placed the order for the 2022 GLS 450 in August 2021 with a two $2000 deposits and was told I would receive the vehicle by December. My 2017 GLS450 was evaluated at that time by Mercedes at $41.000 I was offered 38,000 which I declined, the final offer was $40.000. As a previous customer of Mercedes I should not have had to haggle over the price of my trade in. The Kelly blue book stated resale between 43,000 and 47,000. A company such as Mercedes should; especially with a returning customer, have rewarded the loyalty of the customer by honoring their first appraisal of $41.000.
