Everything was great wasn’t offered to test drive but I still purchased the overview of the car was done at the end when I was about to leave Crash course so I’m not fully aware of the functions of how things work in the car but thanks Moe for everything you’re Awesome Love ❤️my car!!!!

My experience buying my CLA 250 was great! The financing process was done flawlessly. Chris Fine is a very transparent and efficient sales person. I absolutely love my car and I’m excited about getting my next one from Park Place.

Femi went above and beyond to make my experience a memorable one. I got to say. We have bought a range of high end cars thru out the years, Maserati, Land Rover, Porsche, BMW. Femi went above and beyond my other car buying experiences and transformed my car buying transaction into an unforgettable event. I will go back to park place Arlington and I will refer anyone I know there so they can have the same level of customer service from Femi that I received.

Despite this being the most frustrating time in my memory to try to buy a car, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. My sales manager, Chris Fine, was honest and a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process, from ordering the car, keeping me advised of progress when appropriate, and even handling all the paperwork at delivery normally reserved for that obligatory visit to the finance office. A very refreshing approach to the car business and one which has already had me recommend Park Place and Chris to others in the market for a luxury car.
