The catalytic converter was stolen off our Sprinter. PP did an excellent job working with the insurance company and ensuring all needed repairs were identified and covered. A couple of reasons for 4 vs 5 stars: 1.) Communication- I had to call dealership to see if the vehicle was ready. This was 2 weeks after it had been delivered. 2.) Gas - The dealership drive the vehicle 70+ miles to ensure everything was working fine, that is not a problem. The issue was the second I got on the highway the "reserve fuel" light came on. Courtesy would be to throw a couple gallons in so I can at least get back to the office. Other than those two MINOR issues, PP was great to work with.
