A company is judged from the top down. I like to take my business where if anything does not turn out quite right, I will be listened to, valued, and shown respect. Park Place Mercedes Benz of Arlington has demonstrated these qualities, without a doubt. It took me years to leave Cadillac. I will never leave Park Place Mercedes. Thank you Park Place!!

I actually came into the facility to get my car fixed, but, somehow, came out with a new car. I kept telling the sales guy that I needed my payment to be within a certain range and even though he got it to where it's $150 more a month then my other payment, that really wasn't what I was planning on. Don't get me wrong, I love my new vehicle, I was just a little upset at how "pressured" I felt.
