And reviewing the loaner car contract that does not match what I was advised verbally. Schedule an appointment, traveled from Wichita Falls, Texas for service and had to wait 2 days for service complete. Each time I called for service update and spoke with my service manager, I felt like I was being rushed by the tone of the conversation. The final service completed invoice does not match what I was advised verbally

I called and scheduled an appointment for a new tire due to having the Tire Warranty. I arrived as scheduled...then to find out my warranty had expired last month. That was a waste of my time and gas. I told Russell, they needed to tell me that before driving from Waxahachie to Arlington!!!
