From the moment the car arrived, Jose made sure everything was handled quickly and efficiently and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Having someone communicate so well and make sure I knew exactly what was happening made an already stressful situation so much easier.What meant even more to me was Jose’s compassion. My mother had just passed away, and I was going through an incredibly difficult time. He was aware of my circumstances and treated me with such kindness, patience, and understanding. Always a great experience. My only negative is every time I bring my car in they automatically change my wiper blades and I know that is not necessary. Besides charging me $50 every time without getting authorization. That is nickel and diming I don’t think is a positive.
