Brian was annoying with the tires but I gave in got them through Park Place. My car was there longer than it should’ve be because he ordered the wrong tires. Russell, my service advisor was amazing though!

We had the pleasure of having Mr Holman as our Service Advisor and was treated with professionalism and courtesy. He kept us informed of our vehicle’s status via text messages and assisted us with renting a car when it was indicated that our car needed more extensive repair. Overall, we were completely satisfied with our experience.

Great service. What would have made this a 5 star experience would have been the following: - if a client calls stating their needing a tow to the service center and the service center closes in 30 mins (which means it will close before the tow truck driver arrives) then service center should coordinate a loaner drop off to the client at their emergency site (which was less than 10 mins away) . Thats the level of service I would expect being a 6 year+ Mercedes owner.
