I recently came to Arlington Park Place for maintenance, and the experience was honestly frustrating.When I arrived, I waited a long time without anyone acknowledging me. I was told my service advisor (Jose)was with another customer, but there were several other advisors standing around who never offered to help. Veronica ended up stepping in after she finished with her client, and I appreciate that but I shouldn’t have had to wait like that in the first place.After I was checked in, my assigned service advisor never checked on me or followed up at any point during the service. I didn’t see him again the entire time, and nothing was reviewed or explained to me. Because of that, I declined the recommended services I’m not comfortable approving anything when I’m not able to even get my questions answered.When my car was finished, it was pulled around, but I didn’t get any call, text, or update. I waited about 20 minutes before going back inside and asking Veronica to help me check out. She was busy but still willing to assist me. Only then did my advisor(Jose) show up saying he was working on my paperwork, which was not factual.I’ve been a Mercedes customer for years and always had great service at the Dallas dealership. I recently switched to this location, but based on this visit, the service was very disappointing and unprofessional.I hope this gets addressed

All was well except my driver windshield wiper isn’t wiping well. I’ll have to go back to Mercedes service on 3/30/26.

I was told I needed to spend an additional 1200 for something that didn’t fix my issue. I brought my car back for the same issue twice and it should have been fixed the first time. Frankly the prices for service have gotten too ridiculous after just spending almost 4K this summer for the same things. There is no way a 40 part should have a 600 service fee. And the last service call did not bill my warranty company so I paid full price. Highly upset and now I need to bring the car back as the same light is still on
