The dashboard on the loaner vehicle short circuited on the evening I returned the car. This happened after work as it was getting dark outside. As a woman, I was very concerned about my safety and disappointed that Mercedes would loan me a vehicle that needed maintenance. The dashboard was completey black....nothing was displayed (including the odometer). I drove the car from Fort Worth to Arlington under those unsafe driving conditions.When I picked up my car from Mercedes-Benz Arlington that evening, my vehicle's rims were dirty. The Advisor told me the car wash wasn't working. One of the assistants wiped down the black smut from the rims.

It was easy going n my advisor was very helpful and made my life a little bit at ease by offering discounts

Brian was annoying with the tires but I gave in got them through Park Place. My car was there longer than it should’ve be because he ordered the wrong tires. Russell, my service advisor was amazing though!
