Great service. What would have made this a 5 star experience would have been the following:- if a client calls stating their needing a tow to the service center and the service center closes in 30 mins (which means it will close before the tow truck driver arrives) then service center should coordinate a loaner drop off to the client at their emergency site (which was less than 10 mins away) . Thats the level of service I would expect being a 6 year+ Mercedes owner.
