Each time I called for service update and spoke with my service manager, I felt like I was being rushed by the tone of the conversation. I called and scheduled an appointment for a new tire due to having the Tire Warranty.I arrived as scheduled...then to find out my warranty had expired last month. That was a waste of my time and gas. I told Russell, they needed to tell me that before driving from Waxahachie to Arlington!!!
