The only negative was the continuous pitch to sell me new tires.

My Service Advisor, Jose Villarreal was very personable, yet professional. He kept us informed as to the service being performed on our car. He went above and beyond in addressing all of our questions and concerns.

The experience was lackluster, from the begin it was difficult to get in contact with my representative Brittney. When I finally got in touch with her and explained what the issues were, I thought we had a clear understanding of what the issues were after picking up my vehicle I realized it was not the case. I had more issues with my vehicle than when I brought the vehicle. The following day the same issue I had with the vehicle surfaced again now worse with the additional issues.

Terrible communication and the rep told me at least twice she would call me and I had to call back hours later. I was very disappointed with the treatment as a customer.

Love the experience! I never had a dull experience with the people that's been assigned to me.

honestly had a bad experience with the manager, Cody, which I won’t go into detail about. Because of that, this review would have been a 5-star rating, but Cody brought it down. However, when I came back the 2nd and 3rd time, Annie took care of me. Her customer service and understanding are truly top-tier. Angel, the tech, also saved my car. Huge thank you to Annie and Angel for turning things around!
