Great experience. Veronica took care of me as we always do. Unfortunately, as these things go, the AC went out and was a costly repair.

I’m glad they once again figured out something that was going wrong with the battery… just frustrated that 48 V battery has an issue that keeps going on. Don’t feel safe in the car im going to trade it in to get a new one to feel safe … Mercedes should’ve done the right thing and replaced the battery. It’s been in it has been in Service seven times for this battery.

My vehicle was taken in promptly upon my arrival. The requested service was completed within the time frame that was promised.
