We did not go to the dealership. We did business on the computer and the telephone trying to find a car. By luck we corresponded with Richard Sanchez. With his help and knowledge of the industry and manufacturer he was most helpful in answering all of my questions. The process just went on from there I would give him 10 stars if available for his effort to put us in a Mercedes. Job well done and finished it up with him being available anytime to assist us with understanding all the whistles and bells on our beautiful car. Richard called 2 days after the sell to thanks us again and seeing if we had any questions. Top notch Salesman!
