We were on the road when we found the car, we contacted the staff and they said they would stay late to help us with the purchase. We were welcomed, shown the car, allowed to test drive, and complete our purchase. It was a great experience!

Jay Serio did a great job guiding me through the details of our first leased Mercedes. This will be our fourth Park Place Mercedes purchase (with yet another, a GLS, arriving this month). The process took longer than expected (through no fault of Jay) since I had previously blocked credit queries with TransUnion. After the monetary transaction, Jay did a great job of introducing me to the (plentiful) features of the AMG EQS.
